Very good, but not quite perfect #3 skillet from the last years of Griswold’s existence featuring the small logo and grooved handle. Almost Glasssy smooth cooking surface with polishing (often called mill) marks still visible on the walls. Heavy flea bite tool marks and one small area of roughness mar this one, but those will fill in and the skillet will darken with some use. Sits dead flat and will be good on any stove.
Marked: “3” on the top of the handle and “No. 3” Followed by the Griswold small logo then “Erie PA 709 I” on the bottom of the pan.
6” 1/2 diameter
Cleaned via lye method, hand buffed and seasoned with 3 layers of non-GMO canola oil.
No cracks, chips, or wobble when tested on a sheet of glass. Cooking surface is already glassy with only minor imperfections. Should only improve.
As always we are happy to take back pieces if you are not 100% satisfied. (Please see return policy)
