Collector Grade! Number in diamond skillet size #5 (8”) skillet. This is one of the pans made after Chicago Hardware Foundry acquired the designs and patterns of the Favorite Stove and Range cookware line in 1933-1934. It is identical in appearance to those made pre 1933 by Favorite. Sits flat, has great polishing marks (often incorrectly called mill marks) and a glassy cooking surface. Outset heat ring along the bottom edge of the pan. This will be a great user or collector piece. Should be good on any stove.
Marked: with the number “5” in diamond and a “B” all on the bottom.
Size: 8” Diameter
Cleaned via lye method, hand buffed and seasoned with 3 layers of non-GMO canola oil.
No cracks or chips or wobble when tested on a sheet of glass. Cooking surface is glassy but has some flea bite tool marks which will fill in and only improve with use
As always we are happy to take back pieces if you are not 100% satisfied. (Please see return policy)
