Amazing collector piece. Smallest one of these I’ve seen. This is a deep spider style round bottomed skillet/ pot made between 1700-1800 for hearth and fire cooking. This is as a great display piece but if you wanted to you could bring it back to usable. 5” 1/4 diameter at the lip and just over 3” deep.. Stands on three short, widely splayed, D style legs ~ 1” 1/2. Flat bar handle also called rat tail style. ~5” 1/2 long handle. Piece has rust, and interior of the bowl has some pitting. A real WOW! piece.
Unrestored. Sold as found. Wiped clean with mineral oil.
No cracks, chips. A real collector piece.
As always we are happy to take back pieces if you are not 100% satisfied. (Please see return policy)
