Shipping charges are the responsibility of the buyer except in cases where the buyer has received damaged or incorrect merchandise.
In the case of damaged merchandise buyer must contact us immediately on receipt and provide digital photos of the damaged (we’ll need them to file an insurance claim) pieces.
Buyer must contact us immediately on receipt explain the issue, and get a return authorization
Piece must be returned clean, unused and in the same condition it was shipped by us,
Return shipping charges and insurance are the responsibility of the buyer.
All returns must be postmarked within 7 days of receipt unless otherwise authorized by The Cast Iron Guys.
Returns must be properly packaged and sent via the same method they were delivered (thus Priority Mail for pieces that we shipped Priority Mail, UPS returns made via UPS, etc).
We strongly suggest use of the same packing materials and same size box for any returns as well as secure packing as the piece is your responsibility until we get it back and inspect it.
